INSPIRATION CERAMIC COATINGS COVERAGE:

• CERAMIC PAINT PROTECTION provides 9H Nano ceramic coverage for environmental pollutants.

Weather-induced Fading

• ALLOY WHEEL PROTECTION resistant to brake dust and corrosion, ceramic coating of alloy wheels repairs damage caused by chemical staining, corrosion and brake dust accumulation.

• HEADLIGHT RESTORATION ceramic protection covers repairs of plastic lens oxidation and fading. Maintains clear bright headlights.

ELIGIBILITY:

Vehicles eligible for this Limited Guarantee are new or leased, previously untitled vehicles, with less than 12,000 miles on the odometer at the time of program registration. Coverage will be extended to Factory Program or Demonstrator vehicles of current model year with less than 20,000 miles at time of program registration for a selected period of 3 years from the in service date or date of installation. Leased vehicles have 3 year coverage. A qualified used vehicle shall be no more than 4 (four) model years. Only private passenger cars, SUV’s and light duty trucks are eligible for coverage under this Limited Guarantee Agreement.

TYPE OF COVERAGE:

This Limited Guarantee Agreement is a Product Warranty and is not an insurance policy. Express Systems, Inc. offers a Limited Guarantee to its customers in the event of a loss suffered due to a defect in material or workmanship for the provided products. In the event one of these products fails to perform as specified, we will provide reimbursement or repair according to the terms and conditions stated on the front and back of this Limited Guarantee Agreement.

REPAIR OBLIGATIONS:

Express Systems has sole discretion in determining and processing repair procedures. Vehicles will be inspected by our staff of professionals. If damage is indicated, and qualifies for repair, we will discuss repair procedure and process the repair. Express Systems obligation shall be limited to one repair per affected area. Express Systems has no obligation towards inconvenience, lodging, wages, food, costs during time of repair or transportation costs.

BY YOUR SIGNATURE(S) BELOW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE AND ITS PROVISIONS AS SET FORTH ON THE FRONT AND BACK OF THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE. NO VERBAL REPRESENTATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO YOU WHICH DIFFER FROM THESE PROVISIONS.
